Burn Reformer Pilates is our signature style of reformer Pilates, focusing on full-body strength training. Our classes are innovative, results-driven and designed to tone, strengthen and sculpt your body. With a modern twist, our 50-minute classes offer fun, movement and burn - all while keeping you smiling. Burn Reformer Pilates is an inclusive environment, supporting everyone on their movement journey.

Our Burn Reformer Pilates classes are 50 minutes long. For regular attendees, please arrive 5 minutes before class. If it's your first time, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so we can assist you with setup and familiarise you with our studio space.

Wear stretchy, comfortable clothing suitable for movement. Hygiene socks are required during class, preferably grippy ones to prevent slipping on the reformer. Grippy socks are available for purchase in the studio. Don't forget your water bottle and readiness to move!

We offer various memberships to suit different lifestyles. Concession cards have a 6-month expiry, while single class purchases expire in 7 days. Weekly memberships are direct-debited every week. Take a look at our membership and class prices here.

Members can book in advance based on their membership type. Concession pack holders can book 5 or 10 classes, while weekly memberships can be booked up to 6 weeks in advance, providing a routine for your weekly schedule. Take a look a our timetables here.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens up due to a cancellation, you'll receive an email notification. If you can't make it, you can decline the spot.

You can cancel your booking with a minimum of 8 hours notice for both group and private classes. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged at the full value.

Yes, you can safely practice Reformer Pilates during pregnancy. Please inform your instructor, and as you progress through trimesters, we'll adapt exercises to meet your needs. Our small class sizes allow us to provide tailored support to each client.
